I have a pro tip to share with you on this fine day...

When a new client comes in, ask them WHY they came in...

Don’t ask why once. Don’t ask twice. Ask why 3 TIMES.

For example:

Why do they want the thing they said they want?

Then let them answer and ask again: okay, why is that?

They answer again, and you go even deeper: Okay, why is that?

The FIRST why is what they think they think...

The SECOND why is what they think you want to hear...

The THIRD why is what they feel.

If you simply do this for every person that walks into your salon, they will KNOW that you actually care...

They will know that you aren’t just pushing your services/products to make a buck...

You will have this client for LIFE...

... and I promise that you will complain less and less about those "tire kickers"...

Every person that comes into your salon will become a raving fan of YOU because you did what most beauty professionals will not...

EMOTIONALLY CONNECT WITH EVERY INDIVIDUAL THAT COMES IN.

If you can’t do that, you will always complain about "tire kickers"...
